Roland is excellent. He calls the day before is on time and thorough. He has good interpersonal skills which is appreciated. He asks questions about ants or any other problems and addresses a problem immediately.

Caleb who came to my house for the treatment was fantastic - truly an outstanding employee. If I was running a business I’d hire him. His colleague Mike was very good too but Caleb is a gem.

I have been with Terminix for over 20 years now. I think that says everything. Also, I have family with Terminix. If you have problems with your technician, they listen and if they can’t fix it with that technician, they’ll give you another technician.

Our Terminix guy is very knowledgable about his job and personable with us. He sincerely wants to know that we are happy with service. Beyond that our bug problems have really been take care of since signed up with Terminix.
I have always had a positive experience with Terminix. If I see bugs after treatment, someone comes out and sprays again. If the treatment isn't working, they use something different.
