The renovations and additions are nice. Representative at the bowling lanes, wish I had asked her name, was friendly and professional. Food was typical Santikos’s quality which is good. Usually go to the Palladium but was very pleased with Silverado

The restrooms were a little dirtier than normal. Otherwise we are always very happy to be there.
The movie was amazing and we had the room all to our selves lol was kinda cool. The popcorn and soda were great and it was a comfortable temperature.

Clean theater, comfortable seats and clean restrooms. The girl at concessions wasn’t very friendly which surprised me because they are usually very bubbly and nice. Overall a very good visit.
The employees were friendly. Offered to hold the door open for us as I was taking my sister who is in a wheelchair to the movies.
Location doesn’t have entrance wheelchair accessible button to open door automatically. The private/accessible bathroom was out of service. The staff was great though and super helpful.
The theater is always so clean and we really enjoy coming here. It’s close to home and the chairs are very comfortable.
You have the good nacho cheese sauce from Rico. The Grand Theaters in Lafayette, Louisiana are using a cheap, nasty cheese sauce. Great job on your part.
We have loved all our experiences at The Grand Santikos Theatre in Conroe, TX. Everything is great, however I will add that each time the sound is a bit too high (and I am partially deaf and it is even a bit too high for me!) The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
I watched Crime 101 and enjoyed it.
There are not a lot of movies that Santikos features that I would pay to see.

Have .... ALWAYS loved the Santikos experience, since 1972, it seems... !!! All the local theaters in San Antonio and everything there is to know about them... As an avid movie-goer since an earlier age, have ALWAYS gone to the movies with my older sister and my nephew..... and STILL GOING STRONG with my wife and son.... !! Please keep the GREAT WORK .... have ALWAYS LOVED the SANTIKOS EXPERIENCE and .... STILL GOING STRONG w/ my wife and son!!!
