After my wife and I had a less than ideal experience going to see a movie at The Grande, I gave a somewhat poor score in the feedback survey. The next day, I received a very nice response from the theater manager, who expressed his apologies for our experience there. I’m impressed that he took time to review and respond to my survey. As a loyal long timer customer, I genuinely appreciate the friendliness, for the most part, of the staff. When I called customer relations to get credit for my purchase for the Avengers: Doomsday, last week, the employee was very helpful and patient. I sincerely appreciated her patience and help on me getting my due loyalty points for my purchase. In addition, I love what Santikos gives back to the community. This is so vital. As the community generates the business for Santikos and it's ethically right and inspiring to see a theatre chain "give back to it's community" which has allowed the business to thrive for so long. I respect how Santikos gives back to the community, etc. It's beautiful. Being in a movie theatre, sharing a common interest in a certain genre of movie, brings people together and when I see Santikos giving back to the community, it truly makes me have so much respect for what it stands for. I could go on and on, but my sincerest compliments to the organization of Santikos. Keep up the great job! : )

You finally ,put popcorn self serve stations out, Please put the drink stations on both sides- instead of just one side in theater area amstar 14 Mooresville NC
Comfortable reclining seats, fresh, not overly salted popcorn, and excellent AC
We were pleasantly surprised by the nice experience we had at palladium. Our only issue is the popcorn area was very messy and the drink area had a really bad smell.
