The Santikos experience is absolutely amazing! Their staff is always friendly and on my most recent visit they even remembered me at concessions and asked how my movie was. The theaters themselves are great as well, with the seats being a specific feature that makes me choose to go back to the Mooresville Amstar. Overall, great experience and lovely, personable staff.
The management and staff at the Oxford Alabama location was amazing. They made our school field trip great. They had the popcorn and drinks ready when we arrived and made sure all of our students had the accommodations ( audio assist/ open captions) they needed to enjoy the movie.

Our family really enjoyed the atmosphere of Santikos. It was inviting and family friendly. cleanliness of the theater. However the bathroom needed cleaning.

Good customer service and drinks and popcorn were good. I don’t mind using the app to buy tickets, but there’s a fee associated to using the app so I will continue to buy tickets inside the movie theater. Plus, I like people interaction rather than doing everything on the phone my biggest issue that I had with my visit the last few times was the theater being very uncomfortably hot. It seems like customers have to tell the management to turn on the AC I used to be able to bring my blankets and be comfortable and cozy but now I had to put my hair up and fan myself in the theater while I was watching the movie. Not a good experience. I love that y’all do Monday, five dollars for first responders and military very much appreciate that.
We enjoyed the redecorated auditorium. It was clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff, snacks were delicious, great drink selection, theater was nice and cleaned, the visual and sound in the theater for AVX was great.
Well I like how, besides the day they are release, the tickets are affordable. A movie that's been in theaters a week will be 12 dollars and that's honestly a steal. The workers are always helpful and ive never had a bad bucket of popcorn from there either.

Love the theater, movie selections and how clean it is. Only thing I have to complain about is the lack of toilet paper in the stalls or them not being inside the dispenser.
I frequent Santikos theaters, they are usually quite clean and the reclining seats are amazing!
I appreciate their Military Mondays and discount Tuesdays. It is nice to be able to afford going to a movie theater with my family. I appreciate their stadium seating as well.
There is more space between the isles at Silverado and all the recliners actually recline.
I love IMAX. It revolutionizes my movie watching experience. My only request would be better seats in the auditorium!
