I love the deals they offer on Tuesday's. It makes going to the movies reasonable and gives us a reason to go more often. I don't really love how the popcorn has been since the change to self service, however. Wish they would go back to the old way.

I love the new self serve popcorn and drink machines!! That’s honestly why we didn’t use this theater. The seats are so comfortable, and I love the Tuesday prices!

The theater was very helpful and accommodating. The staff was friendly and the kids love it.
My wife and I, since 2021, during covid, we would go every Thursday and now for past 2 years we've been going on Tuesdays and we enjoy the great experience of good customer service from the greeting at the front to the concession area. The staff tend to every need for the customers and the food is always fresh, oh and restrooms are always clean.

Ease of ticket ordering in the app. The theater was clean and the employees were courteous and friendly.
The communication was wonderful and they were able to get us reserved with ease. It was so organized when we got there the kids were able to go right up and get their popcorn and drinks with no problems. There was an issue with the projector and the movie started late but that is no ones fault and we understand that.
I liked that management took accountability AND reached out to make sure the issue was rectified. Although I can’t get the points, I’m okay with the compensation that was provided and look forward to attending the theater again soon.
Always have a good time except for the doors at Northwest 14 in San Antonio. I really wish they'd fix the handicap automatic doors. It's inconvenient when I take my mom. Not a lot of polite people nowadays to help with the opening of doors. Other than that it's been good.

We absolutely love going to see the movies at Santikos! We enjoy seeing all the workers there, as they genuinely seem to be happy to work there. The movie selections are excellent, the prices are very reasonable, and we like the loyalty program. We also like the fact that you honor veterans, and help towards giving in your local communities. We tell everyone about your theaters!!
