The service was great, the popcorn was delicious, the seats were comfortable, the temperature good, the audio was not too loud, and the price is good. I love that it goes to support projects in the SA area.
Great experience, maybe the sound was too loud in our theatre, but we did sit on the end seats. It took a few minutes to adjust to the loudness.
Loved the reclining chairs. Didn't love how they left the lights on through most of the movie!

Amstar 16 is our only theater. It's received an overhaul during Covid and was greatly needed.
It's not clean. But, does it really matter? The theater was empty. The parking lot was empty.
To us, America is failing.... we will fall. Venezuela fell. Mexico is a disaster. The West is in ruin. Our entire military is positioned in the East. Wide open for attack.

The staff at Santikos/Cibolo have great customer service. The environment is very pleasant. Restrooms are clean. TI like the rewards program because I am able to use my points at concession stand to get good deal on free food.
The movie was enjoyable because the seats are very comfortable. The drinks were very good!!

I’ve dedicated all my theater experiences to Santikos because of military Mondays. It is my family’s Monday night tradition to go watch a movie at Santikos.
