A security officer went out of his way to find a manager to get a drink for me, and that really made my experience enjoyable!! Otherwise it was very clean inside and out, everyone was friendly, food came out quickly and hot, and the Spider-Man movie was amazing! Awesome audio
I love the popcorn and how nice the staff is. The theater is kept clean and the prices for concessions aren’t bad!

This was my first time at The Grand and I wasn't sure how tickets work, usually at other theaters if you buy them online you have to print them out at the little kiosks so I was a bit confused at first. But the employee checking tickets in was very kind and helpful and he eased my embarrassment about looking around all confused 😅 he pointed me in the direction I need to go and was very friendly. The employee at the concessions was also very nice and she was very patient with us as we took a moment to think about what we wanted to get. I have nothing bad to say about this theater! 😄 I will come back!
