Friendly, efficient service at the ticket desk and at concessions.
I went to the theater during a slow period. We were able to walk in, buy tickets, stop at concessions and find our seats without any waiting. The staff at the door and in the snack area were very friendly and helpful and the theater overall was very clean.

I really enjoy going to movies on Tuesday when the tickets aren’t as pricey - since my husband and I are both retired! I love that seat selection is easy, purchasing is easy, and that Santikos donates to the community

Clean & friendly
Granted I didn't like the area or neighborhood, and signs that warned of the theater not being responsible for vehicle burglaries. Additionally the building on the outside looked run down, but once I was inside it was a very nice clean, comfortable theater. The staff and patrons were very pleasant, the food was very good. The only thing I would add is a tray to the seat like at the Santikos Northwest 14 theater.
