Staff are always nice and friendly. I like the self service of the popcorn and the drinks. I only wish the bathrooms were closer to the theaters instead of all the way by the exit

I always appreciate the moviegoing experience at Santikos, especially the IMAX theater. With that being said, all of the theaters have clean, comfortable recliners and very good projection and audio.

All of the team members there are kind and professional, and there is plenty of parking. There are theaters closer to me, but I'm happy to drive a little further for a better experience.

The theater was very clean and staff very friendly. The 5 dollar last call and discounted combo makes it very worth going to the movies.

Overall, I had a great experience at the theater. The facility was clean, well maintained, and the seating was extremely comfortable. I would definitely return!

My only constructive feedback would be regarding the concession stand. I was really looking forward to enjoying some fresh, hot popcorn, but when I asked, the staff mentioned that the last batch had been made approximately two hours earlier. Unfortunately, the popcorn had been sitting for quite some time, which was disappointing.

Fresh and Hot popcorn is such an essential part of the movie theater experience.

Aside from that, everything was great, and I look forward to visiting again!
