It was an easy check out. Really liked not having to 'sign up', checked out as 'guest, since I rarely go to movies. But seeing Elvis on IMAX was awesome....but the showtimes were very limited & the run was too short. However, that may beyond the theater's control. I really appreciate the manager's extra efforts being able to bring 'EPIC' to our town on IMAX.
i go the movies often and haven’t had any problems so far i usually go after work so i just buy a ticket using the app and walk in with no problems i haven’t been able to catch one of the mystery Monday showings due to work but i definitely want to i like the idea of it

I enjoyed the theater not being overcrowded. The last time I went to a movie theater was before the pandemic and I have been nervous about going back ever since. My grandson wanted to go, so I picked up my mask and we went. I loved the new seats! I know they're not new/new but they're new to me! Paying at the kiosk was also new. The staff were amazing. They were extremely friendly, they told me about various promotions and encouraged us to come back soon and... we definitely will!

It’s well managed it’s clean but there is one thing I think some seats need to be changed they sink
The manager really outdid herself. My dad and daughter went to the movies for a date night in place of the father daughter dance that was going on at her school. The manager greeted them and treated them like celebrities and VIP guests. I am pleased with the experience they had and can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond for them.
Comfort
The theater experience is awesome. Sound system is wonderful and seating is amazingly comfortable.
My family loves Santikos Northwest. The theater is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Always have a great experience every time we go! Thank you Santikos!

The chairs were very comfortable. Buying tickets was easy. I liked that they had someone at the door to check our tickets and we didn't have to wait on line at the concessions to have someone check them. Everything was clean and well maintained.
When I first arrived the customer service at the concession stands and the bar were nice. When I went back to look for some sort of To go box for my food, the young lady said “No we have thing like that” and walked away. No other suggestions besides someone else came up and gave us a box
The movie theater was very clean, the screen was in well focus and it had great sound, but it was a little too loud and a couple of times hurt my ears when watching the epic movie on IMAX.

The movie I watched
I loved everything about my experience. When I first walk in all the employees are so polite and courteous, even when checking my purse. The concession has delicious popcorn, variety of drinks and other snack options on the menu. Once in the theatre I enjoy reclining in the comfortable chairs with my favorite blanket and snacks. And should I need to go to the bathroom, find them always clean and never out of toilet paper. I’d also like to thank Santikos for your many promotions from Military Mondays to earning rewards to use toward future purchases. And the fact that Santikos gives back to our communities via donations collected and funds raised makes them a Class Act in my opinion. I will always recommend Santikos to my Family and Friends. As a matter of fact at 62 years young, I still have movie dates with a group of high school friends and we always partake of the delicious drinks at your bar.
The theatre and bathrooms are always clean, The employees are all so polite and courteous. I always enjoy your delicious pop corn, drink selections and variety of other snack options on the menu. The stadium seating with reclining chairs are comfortable and make the whole experience a delight. I’d also like to thank you for all the promotions you offer like Military Mondays, Family Day Tuesdays, Mystery Movies of the week etc etc…….And most importantly all the donations you collect and funds to give back to our communities. I absolutely Love going to the movies at Santikos and definitely always recommend it to my Family and Friends. I’m already 62 and myself and several of my high school friends still always enjoy Movie Dates at Santikos and partake of your bar, where is offered many a delicious drink to consume. Classic Act Santikos is in my opinion 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Management responded very quickly to my prior survey with care and understanding, and offered a solid resolution. We really enjoy this theater and would recommend it.
The promo on Tuesdays is awesome, that is why I decided to go on this day. Only thing is that every time I go to this theater I end up in a broken chair. I don't know what the protocol is for maintenance on chairs but I feel like they need to check these more often.
