The seats were very comfortable. Most times I can’t sit for the full movie because I’ll start to hurt, but that didn’t happen the last time I went.

The ambient, ability to do self-service, or customer service. Food in premise. Plame bowling and watch games. The concessionary options and clean restrooms, that is very important.

Always love to see the movies at our local Santikos. Disappointed though in that upcoming movies are not always shown at our New Braunfels location. Have to travel to the next town over to see them. The manager I asked to speak to (and did) told me that the particular movie I was interested in wasn't coming to our local theatre and that I would have to go to the neighboring town. Decided not to go. The manager was great though!
