I LOVE The Galaxy. It’s the best theater . The seats are great, the staff is amazing, and I love going there.
We liked the new soda and popcorn areas. The only thing is that it was hard to know what theater to enter into. Lighting on the number would be helpful, a lady next to me had to ask what movie was about to play to make sure we were both in the right place.
Everything went well. Need to put a small table where the ticket person sits - moms & grandmothers need a place to set purse to get out tix.
Love the ease of purchasing tickets, quick concessions service and the comfort of the seating in the theater

I used to go to Alamo Drafthouse and drop $100 each visit before it was sold to private equity and lost all its nuance. I tried Santikos northwest in 2013/2014 and everything was dirty and the carpet smelled. I gave it a chance again this year and the renovations have greatly improved this location. It has been the movie going experience I've been missing. In a few months I have spent $300. The pizza is amazing and greasy. I would love if yall had wings and fries at the northwest location, but imo having a deep fryer could effect the staff that works there and the current staff is chill and friendly. If you like my review or want more info from me please feel free to send me some tix or santikos points and I'm down
