Bradley made it his mission to make sure he understood my disappointment and the root cause of it. He got to the bottom of why I was unhappy and offered compensation.
The only critique that I have is not having a men’s restroom close to the IMAX Theatre, but other than that, the auditorium are always clean. The staff is always friendly always a 10 out of 10 experience for the most part.
Really nice theater and great seating. I like the self serve popcorn machines too.

Never had a bad experience at any of the AMStar theaters I go to. It's always my top pick and the theater I will go out of my way to go to because I love it so much.

I love this theater so much. Staff doesn't micromanage you and they usually stay on top of everything(this was like the ONE time they ran out something(butter in the popcorn machine but who cares because that like once In a blue moon!)) and might I add, this is the most comfortable theater to be in as all screenings come with recliners! This will always be my go to theater, especially with their pricing!
