Theater was lovely and overall a great experience for the most part. I would like for the manager to know that the female bartender who was working on the afternoon of 5/10/26 was just plain awful. She was rude and obviously didn't want to be there. We tried to be pleasant and joke with her, but she had zero personality and obviously does not like her job.

Clean theatre, self service popcorn and drink station. Bowling and arcade, bar is a plus!

Very friendly staff and good food! The theatre seats can use a good deep clean but other than that it was great.

Santikos Cibolo is always clean and well kept. the staff is attentive and always quick with service. I like the options, though I only go for the movies. I also enjoy the quality of the food.

It was good , but 2 people said that we were in there seats and an usher had to come twice to check my tickets to make sure I was sitting in the correct seats this has NEVER happened to me before.
