The young man at the door was very pleasant. No complaint with anything really. Of note, the theatre was warm when I first entered but air kicked on sometime later. It would have been nice if there was more lighting in theatre before movie started and people were arriving and when leaving. Also, I made my purchase online and did not realize that the chair I requested was on the far side of the entryway (the theatre only had one entry). It would have been nice to be aware of that while I was choosing my seat. Thank you!

Like the staff and the movie shirts they wear. Like the availability when purchasing tickets. The attentiveness of the manager when they see a line building at the concession stands and opening another register. Also the simplicity of the theater nothing so fancy like the larger theaters .. I really enjoy the santikos off bitters and 281.

I love Santikos. I love watching movies. The staff are always very nice. I appreciate what the work they do. The gpx room is very nice and the chairs are comfy. Even the regular rooms have comfy chairs, though they often creak, that's okay.

Was surprised the was only showing the day I attended.
I have never had a bad experience at the theater and I go pretty regularly. The staff are always very friendly even in stressful rushes. Everyone works really well as a team been there in the morning. I’ve been there mornings, midday, and evenings and everyone just seems really happy to be there which is hard to do when you work a job especially customer facing like that. I also really like that y’all will show some of the smaller films even if it’s only for a week or two because other theaters around here don’t do that. That matters a lot to me and picking a theatre. The theaters are always really clean and so are the bathrooms. If anything, I think the bathrooms could use a little upgrade with the locks on the stalls, but if that’s the worst thing, I have to complain about y’all are doing great.

I loved having a whole clean theater to myself to enjoy a movie. I also love the recliner seats and tables. I also really like doing my own popcoen and butter!
