The simplicity of buying our tickets and refreshments. The seats were also great. I think the refreshments could be reduced in price; 2 large drinks and a bucket of popcorn $25.
That it gives back to the community
I love the consideration Santikos gives to military and first responders on Mondays. I love the comfort of their seating and that there are no bad seats in the theaters.

Bartender is always friendly, food selection is decent and fast, love the popcorn refills and the sound quality is always good in the theater.
I always love my viewing experience with Santikos. This was my first time watching something in IMAX. I do wish the room had the same seats/leg space as the typical ones. Also most of the drink fountains needed maintenance. Overall everything was super clean and I had a great time.

Cleanliness and comfort
We liked the do-it-yourself popcorn and butter, and that we could get refills on drinks. Ticket prices are lower than Regal in other areas. Restrooms were clean. Just wish you served wine is the only thing!
