Employees are very very nice!!. But the floors where the theaters are at needs some deep deep cleaning. Inside the theaters are clean and never sticky! This is my Santikos. Only one I go too

Perfect! I love the self serve popcorn and availability to get the butter salt on the side. The crew is always SUPER friendly here and the deals are great. Everything is perfectly priced (that I’ve bought). My go to theater is this one

Entering the building is a giant mess during busy times. The drink area is also a mess during busy times. There’s no real rhyme or reason to it. When people are leaving a movie that ended, the crowd by the drinks station (not line, CROWD) is beyond chaotic. There needs to be a more efficient way of doing it.

Customer has attended movies since childhood with $.25-$.50. With the Santikos rewards/member card it allows saving on concessions & earns points which can be redeemed for concessions or other savings. Family members also enjoy movies. Newer seats which recline &/or offer food trays are convenient. For popular movies onscreen which draw large crowds; having reserved seating available stops ill will between customers who are discontent with their seating preferences. Large adequate & well lit parking lots are beneficial too for customers’ safety. The concession products are varied & “do it yourself” drink & popcorn are great. No standing in lines for a refill. Happier & satisfied customers. But best value is the Tuesday specials.

Northwest 14 has been my favorite Santikos theater to watch movies, for 20+ years.
This recent experience, every worker from ticket/bag check to concessions and clean up crew were friendly and helpful!
Theater was kept clean from lobby to restroom and theater!!

The only change I am not fond of across all santikos theaters is the switch of paper cone cups instead of paper boats.

The thing IO am wondering about is that when I purchased my tickets, the theater looked to be 75% reserved for a 11:45 am showing of Spiderman. The theater ended up being half full. I do not understand this. It was the same with every show time I looked at.

We loved Santikos Galaxy it was our very first time and we drove an hour away just to experience it because we usually go to the new Braunfels one and we loved the visit we had so much fun and a good time !

It’s a nice theater and the seats are very comfortable. The only minor complaint I have is a lack of soundproofing between theaters.
