I enjoyed the ease of purchasing my tickets from the app and then only needed to wait in line for snacks. The theater was clean and well organized.

Seats were very comfortable and was a drastic raise to seats in front of you so you had no issue seeing over somebody. Then the floors were extremely clean

I like the intimacy of the theatre lobby and the nice staff. I like the bathrooms are clean and the reclining seatis in the theatres. I like the options for snacks especially the nachos and frito pie.

This is our go-to theater. Reserved seating to the new self serve popcorn machine. I dont think there's much I'd change.
It was very easy to order tickets online, and at the theatre, everyone was super nice, the facilities were super clean, and the theatre seats were super comfortable! The popcorn was fresh and tasty, and we definitely plan on returning.

We love the reclining seats and how much room there is on each isle. We have never had a bad movie experience here.

IMAX, Reclining Leather Seats, ICEY’s, and popcorn however the employees didn’t really seem to know what they were doing.

The seats that recline are nice and the way you can get your own popcorn and not have to wait in line for someone to fill your bucket up. It is so much better you can get and fix your popcorn the way you want it. Love the Mayan Palace it is the only theater I go to .
After submitting an initial feedback questionnaire about my experience, the theater director Bradley Ducat, contacted me about my issues. He was very professional and was concerned about me having a good experience. His emails and handling of the matter went above and beyond my expectations.

It was easy to buy my ticket online, sent to my email, and service at the concessions counter was quick. I love being able to get comfortable in the recliner seats, with plenty of room for someone to walk past me.
