Very clean & super comfortable!!
The cleanliness of Theater and bathrooms. The popcorn!
The facility was very clean and appeared well maintained. Staff was helpful and kind!
I only wish you had a cash option.
I had never bought tickets online and the gentleman at the desk was so kind! Told us exactly where our seats were. At the concession stand I loved my experience with buttered popcorn and 50 drink options! I had a cherry Frosty and it was just wonderful! We will be regulars at the Mall theater!
Love the layout chairs easy to get in and out
The movie theater I visted to is my first time it's nice. I did enjoyed watching Tom and Jerry Forbidden Compass 2 days ago and I love it. That movie was good and funny. I would like to come back someday.

The popcorn was fresh and delicious, the seats were comfortable and the staff is always friendly. This was our second visit recently and i enjoyed it! It was a tad cold in the theater but that’s what blankets are for. 10/10 recommend

The cleanliness and friendly customer service.
Always comfy and relaxing when we go to our embassy 14.
We always have a great experience at Santinos theaters and we frequent the Palladium often.
The staff are always friendly. The bathrooms & theaters are always clean.
Although, the popcorn is always a bit stale & salty so we are not going to buy it anymore and just go with drinks, hotdogs & pretzels.
Absolutely the best place to watch a movie. The seat...wow, very comfortable with these reclining seats. And loved that no matter where you are sitting, no body is in front of you. The only thing that would make it better is to maybe offer smoking theaters for those who enjoy a good cigarette.
Online.. it is so easy to get tickets and know where you are goimg to sit. Friendly workers at the entrance. Helpful with directing which theater for your movie. Helpful concession staff with wide selection of food, snacks, and drinks. Comfortable seats that recline. Clean enviornment..
It’s like I’m at home with the convences of all the food I need to relax and just enjoy the show. What I also love is the fact that no matter which location I go to the staff is always the exceptional with their kindness and compassion for its customers. Now the impression that Santino’s give our community is so remarkable.
We love going to the movies as a family! The staff were friendly and the chairs are so comfy!
The employees are relaxed and create a comforting experience. The theater has great seating and top of the line food and drinks.
