I have enjoyed going to Santikos Cibolo for a couple of years. It used to be the best-kept secret, but now it's very busy, especially on Tuesday's $5.99 movie and drinks/popcorn day. More or less, the bathrooms are clean, and snack areas. However, the carpet and the recliners in the theater are starting to show wear and "tare." I think it's time for Santikos to do some deep cleaning on the carpet or replace it in the busiest areas and the recliners.
The friendliness and like the tables at the drink machines they are helpful. I love the recliner seats when watching the movie.

Jessica is a top knotch employee and bartender who goes above and beyond the call of duty to service the customers who come to the bar to get something drink etc. I had seat 11 D section and I did not like the fact the even though the seat was for disabled patrons. Some not all the American public has manners. I think it’s more to my benefit to catch a movie on Monday for military Monday. Overall I like the service I received from the staff. Yes I would comeback again and use my reward points
The ticket process was easy, I had reward points that I used for my snacks and I had a great seat!!

I liked easy online purchase and nobody sticking a stick in my purse the first time I experienced that there I didn’t know what was going on, so I told him f go ahead at 65 years old I found out what it was people bringing stuff in which I guess I understand. It just made me feel funny.
