The theater is great, nice and clean, seats are comfy, the pizza was excellent and of course so was the popcorn.
I sent feedback on my last visit with some things I didn’t like.
I was contacted promptly by the Theatre Director, Christopher Appel, and he offered me 4 movie passes to come back for another visit. I was highly satisfied with his concern and offer to make things right. I will be back. Great customer service.
Ease of purchasing tickets, clean theater, very nice staff. Seats were a bit uncomfortable, and could definitely use an upgrade.

Kind employees, clean theater, self serving popcorn, soda machine, the movie, theater was cooled down and no chaos. Everything was simple and easy.
We really enjoyed our experience. We left and discussed how we both enjoyed this theater better than the other We usually go to. Price was better. Chairs and sound were much better. We'll definitely be back.
The seats were comfortable. They worked. The movie selection was positive - - - tired of horror films everywhere! While it may seem nice to order from the seat, that experience has become very frustrating. Coming right in and getting that out of the way works. While we had our phone out for the tickets, it was nice to just tell someone what we wanted. Selection of drinks from the machines is fun.
BTW at my Saturday visit I tried the fried pickles. They were great!

It is easy
most everything, the theater is close to home, lots of new shows. The seats aren't as comfortable as some other theaters and some of the seats are getting ripped and the recline doesn't always work.
There are a lot of small moths in every theater, I wish you could spray for them. I don't expect to have bugs bothering me while I'm trying to watch a show.
Employees are always friendly and the theater is always clean, great atmosphere.
The theater is very clean, the employees are very nice, and the sound and picture of the movies are great. Clean washrooms with full necessities. I’d recommend this theater over and over.
The theater was clean and the staff, especially the lady that sits at the entrance reception area, are friendly and helpful. The theater is equipped with fabulous reclining chairs which are not only comfortable, they are spaced perfectly apart and are very roomy. The reception and volume of the movie is very well presented without being too loud. We especially enjoy the days we get a movie and popcorn discount…. It keeps us going back. The theater is located in North Macon which is the better part of town…. This is a huge benefit. Parking is excellent….. huge area right in front of the building. Great experience!! Thank you!!

I had not been to visit the theater in a while. I was impressed to see that the front box office was closed and Santikos is now directing customers to purchase their tickets at a kiosk. But they still had helpful customer service. Also, I like how the concession stand is changing. So now customers can get their own popcorn and drinks. I’m glad to see you are evolving with the times to become more efficient. Although like many, I watch a lot of movies at home now, I don’t want to lose our movie theater experience. But I do understand costs of business, and so the experience has to change. I think you guys are heading in the right direction. The theater was still very clean and it was a good picture show. I do think concessions are really expensive, but I’m not sure you have much choice. I do think offering discerning customers chances for deals through your programs and maybe certain days for lesser expensive tickets and combo deals on concessions is a great idea and you should continue it. Plenty of customers will still pay retail, but you don’t want to lose the customers that look for value in their experiences. I think you guys are doing a great job and based on my most recent experience, I will come back and support your business.
