I like I was able to buy tickets right away, I was to pay for concession right away and I’m able to serve my own popcorn and fountain drink. My over experience was great. I only go to Santikos theaters!!
Love the reclining seats! Don't care for the self service.. The volume of the previews and of the movie itself is WAY too loud.

Remolding was different and well liked. A nice time out at the movies for a change. It was a matinee and less crowded. We will go again over the upcoming holidays for new movies.

The staff was AMAZING and the theatre was very clean. My granddaughter is only three and had difficulty with the movie being so loud. Due to this we were leaving early and several staff approached asking if they could help. I had no idea your theatre had headphones for these situations. We were able to go back in the movie with the headphones to enjoy the movie. We are new to NC so finding a nice theater was fun.

IMAX theater was nice! Seats new and clean. Can’t say the rest of the theaters are like this.
