I believe this was my 3rd time visiting & each time has been a great night out! The staff are very nice and friendly, theater rooms are always clean and not too crowded (I visit mostly at night) and overall its always a fun night. I love to visit on Tuesdays for the 5.99 movies, 5.99 large drink, and 5.99 large popcorn. I would recommend anyone to visit this specific location if you wanna watch a movie! The reclining seats are also a huge plus, I hope this theater stays open I love it so much & cant wait to go back again soon!!!
We had an issue last time we went, and the manager went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed and we were happy with our experience. The excellent customer service was most appreciated!

I really enjoy going to see a great movie on the big screen. With the military monday I can really enjoy a great film and still stay in within my budget. I like this theater! The seats are all assigned. They are power reclining. They are well spaced between the rows. And the theater was nice and clean.

Love going on Tuesdays, but it's generally the only day we ever go to the theater anymore since any other time is ridiculously expensive. I like the new layout of the concession stand though, being able to pour your own popcorn etc.
I had a great experience at the Grand Theater! The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and well-organized. The seating was comfortable, and the sound and picture quality were excellent, making the movie even more enjoyable.
I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great movie experience!
In a previous survey I expressed my complaints and management was very quick to respond and address my concerns and the solutions they are putting into play. The manager was very kind and we will definitely be returning! We really appreciated management taking the time to read our survey and provide a very sincere apology. We look forward to coming back to a theatre that cares for their customers!
