It's a nice, safe theatre. Pretty good parking and new movies. I would change the popcorn set up back to have HOT popcorn for $11.00 and up.

Great sound, great picture. Check in was easy at kiosk. Very comfortable seats. Love coming to the theater.
Only concern was lighting. We got there 15 minutes before show was scheduled to start and it was very dark in the theater. Past experiences were lights were on like a low setting we could see the row and seat numbers. This time we had to use flashlights on our phone to see row and seat numbers. In the past the lights were not dimmed until the start of the movie. Yesterday the lights were dimmed 15 minutes before the show. When the show started, the lights did not have to be dimmed because they were already dimmed.

Clean theater and I like the updated look and equipment. The staff is always friendly and the movies are enjoyable without interruptions.

The Grand Ambassador is definitely the better of the two theaters in town. I like the smaller size of each screening room, and the reclining seats are wonderful. During our last visit, everyone working there was so nice and helpful. The person working the refreshment stand looked up my points and told me everything I could get for free with my points. Even the person waiting outside the theater to sweep up was very welcoming and wishing everyone a good night/safe travels.

Theater always seems clean. Seats are in good working order. Staff is friendly and helpful.
ISSUE: In the ladies room. Doors do not show if occupied or available. Doors are always closed. Could latches please be upgraded to show in use or vacant ?
