Purchasing tickets online was a fairly easy and streamlined process. The reclining seats were nice, and the ticket prices weren't too expensive.
The staff were extremely nice and helpful. My sister has kidney disease and the person behind the snack counter fixed her some popcorn with no salt. Also, I needed to get a refund for one of my party that was unable to attend and the management staff readily gave me a refund for the ticket I had purchased for the person that could not attend. I also love the recliners in the IMAX theater. One last thing that was awesome was the clean theater and bathrooms. Great experience! Will definitely return!

My husband & I walked in and were greeted with a friendly smile. Ordering our food was simple and quick. Received our food in a timely manner, it was hot and correct. Clean theater and very well temperature controlled.

Giving a 10 for great service. Manager quickly stepped in to help when snack line was long. His service first mentality is awesome, and I know how these surveys work, if not a 10 then no good, right?
On the negative side, I dont like that Santikos doesnt take cash. This IS still America, right? But you dont accept America's currency? See how bad that sounds? Also, $45 is too much for 3 movie tickets when you are literally price gouging for the snacks. I would love to hear your rebuttal to these two points that are on most movie goer's minds. Great service experience with the theater, negative opinion on the company's pricing. Awaiting reply.

Easy online tickets
Santikos provides great value and equal service compared to their Cibolo neighbor. Only once have I had an issue, which I brought to their attention, and it was addressed immediately. Thank you for coming to our community, Santikos!
