My husband and I love Santikos Cinema in Cibolo because it's conveniently located near our home, and I'm a member of the Santikos Rewards program. The recliner seats are very comfortable, and I really enjoy the popcorn. The restrooms are clean, and the employees maintain a tidy drinks area.
The seating is superb! The staff at the concession stand is friendly and helpful.

Ease of purchasing tickets online then showing the ticket person. I do wish the food delivery was standard and not an extra option. It would probably reduce the amount of people getting up and interrupting the movie
I like the seating with recliners
I find most of the staff at this location to be very kind and helpful. The place is clean. The seats and theatre are great. The only thing that needs to be changed is the availability of different flavors of dippin dots.

Just in general, Santikos is by far the cleanest, kindest/professional staff and easy navigation mobile app available for any theater in San Antonio.

I love the fact that profits go to local charities. I like the reclining seats and I like the rewards program. My husband enjoys the bar.
I have noticed that the seats are getting less comfortable due to the "springs"? getting worn differently so that you aren't always sitting level. It seems that these should have been more durable, especially since they were undoubtedly expensive and designed for commercial use.

It's always a pleasant experience going to the Palladium. The staff at the snack counters are friendly, and the restrooms and theatres are clean. I'm happy to have the Palladium in my area.
Everything was ready for us when we arrived, and we had a host assigned to our event
We drove from over an hour away JUST to come to this theater. This was only my second time coming, but after bringing my husband along this time, I can tell you that we will definitely return! We love the seats, the trays, the cleanliness…and we love how kind and polite the staff is to us. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this theater.
