Large variety of movie times. Love the Final Cut and Monday mystery movies. Very comfy seats

My husband's seat would not recline. He went to speak to management and they immediately came over to fix it. The popcorn as always was great. Only disappointment was Santikos did not participate in The Devil Wears Prada merch.

While I miss having a real person to buy tickets from, I understand times change. The kiosks are easy to use but can't beat the interaction and customer service from a human.

The last visit was good as usual but what I want to comment on is the guy that has been with the Mooresville AmStar for several years.He knows me and jokes with me about me liking fresh, hot popcorn like when were there to see a different movie a couple of weeks ago. Though the theater has gone to self serve, he offered to make me some fresh popcorn, just like always! Now, that is customer service! AmStar is by far my favorite theater. Now, bring back The Greatest Showman this Christmas and I will bring all my friends!

The staff is always helpful and courteous. The theater is always clean. The bathrooms are always clean. Really enjoy the rewards program.. Also, the location is very convenient.
