I’d like for Santiko to fix the kiosks where you buy your tickets to accept my phone number for my awards account.
We have to stand in line at the concession stand to get tickets if I want to accumulate awards for my purchase.
All customers wanting to use their awards account have the same problem.

Every time I go to the Grand 14 Ambassador I am treated like royalty (I guess because I go VERY OFTEN)! I never have a bad experience with any of the staff! If I ever have a question or request, they are always willing to help treating me with such respect and courtesy! Thanks!

Everything is perfect since we show up to the theater until we leave. Staff while buying our snacks but specifically the movie lovers program. We enjoy the prices every Tuesday and free popcorn once a while.

There are a few minor things that keep my experience from being a 10: No butterfinger candy hurts my soul, i love mixing butterfinger with my popcorn so much.
It’s still unclear how or when a movie becomes final cut which sometimes makes it difficult to decide when ill see new movies as im unsure if its about to vanish ( jackass best and last seemed like it just vanished after 1 week)
Id like to make a suggestion of putting some of your chocolate candy in the fridge, I asked over the weekend and the young boy looked shocked.
Its also confusing on how to get rewards points, online doesn’t prompt for it and neither do the concessions staff unless i ask about it.
Overall I enjoy movies almost weekly and hope to continue coming!
Also every Tuesday I bring a group of friends to the Grand 14. Sometimes its only 3 or 4 of us other weeks our group grows to as many as 10.
We always have a good time.
Great price for Tuesdays it should be that price all the time I would come to the movies more and so would my family . The popcorn unlimited and drinks is perfect . Theatre was clean , staff friendly and great seatings.
