How clean the theater was
Theater was very clean. Employees were all very nice and attentive.
This movie theater is the best in town, the reclining seats and the way the theater is spaced out is great! Now that the popcorn machines are on the outer area of the counter accessing popcorn is so easier, especially for a refill. The Santikos app os great and I love how quickly you earn points that apply towards free purchases at the theater.

Would like little tables to set down snacks like some theatres have, but overall love this theatre

The greeter at the front was friendly and efficient checking our tickets. The snack bar person was efficient as well. When they put my order in for the basket of fries we always get here the kitchen only took a few minutes. Fries were fresh and fast as always. Movie started right on time after the 15 min previews. The galaxy location is always my favorite out of all the Santikos. Also, the management here cares about the customers experience.
I like that! Anything large is free refill. The attendant that checked our tickets was very kind and helpful.

The movie and snacks was good but teenagers kept talking loud and running up and down stairs interrupted the movie with no parents!

The theater is clean and the comfortable, and the people who work there are always warm and welcoming.
The theater was clean and the employees were professional. The young lady at the concession counter was polite, friendly, and fast. The seating in the theater was comfortable. The only issue was a women on her phone during the movie and when I walked out to see if an employee could speak to her I could not locate anyone.
ovetall basically a clean environment. a/c was abundant. although mostly young the staff was courteous.
