Great food options. Pricing could go down for snacks but considering life it’s decent. Good movie seats (maybe recliners). Overall good service, good workers, good movies.
I like the fact that when I did have a problem with our experience these santikos Galaxy director reached out and made it right which spoke volumes.

DISLIKE: small triangular cups available to share bucket of popcorn. Now have to spread a napkin on seat tray and spill popcorn all over the place. The small cups are not convenient at all.
Though my food came out burnt (and unfortunately, I ended up getting sick from it later), when I took it back to return it the cashier did not offer to make it again or apologize for the inconvenience, she did refund the item.
I purchased another item, not fried. Shortly after, while filling my popcorn bucket, a lead or manager approached me. He asked how he could make the situation better and apologized for the initial return not being handled the way he had hoped.
Things happen and I understand service and food may not always be perfect, but he did the best he could with the situation he was faced with. Kudos to him.
I will be a return customer, no worries. Perhaps a little extra training for the front staff may be helpful, in the event they get this same situation again. God bless!
