Great experience overall. The movie, seating, service, and wings were all fantastic. However, the soda area needs improvement, and the fried pickles were terrible—soggy and nasty—though there wasn't time to exchange them during the show.
Great customer service
The morning manager was awesome! He helped us resolve our issue quickly and my kids didn't have to miss the movie. For clarity: we accidentally bought tickets for yesterday instead of today. When we sat down, a family asked if we could confirm our reservation because they reserved the same seats. We confirmed the seats, then realized our mistake. I ran to the manager and let him know. He had already finished finding us new (and better) seats. For our (self-imposed) trouble, he gave us four Rain Check passes so we could attend another movie free of charge. Easily the best customer service experience we have had in years. We will DEFINITELY be back!
The theaters are always clean. Love the trays - makes snacking easier. I especially like that the profits go to charity.

What I enjoyed about the IMAX theater at the Palladium was how clean it was and how comfortable the seats were. Good staff experiences and interactions in purchasing our snacks before the movie as well.

Great customer service all around, but especially from Jamie at concessions! He was incredibly patient while I was ordering and truly went above and beyond with his customer service. The theater was clean, the seats were comfortable, and we had a great experience overall! I would love to see a soda water option available in the future, but otherwise, everything was awesome. We will definitely be back!
Its just a great place. Consistently good customer service. Seats are clean. Felt bad this time because the tub of popcorn spilled all over the place when I was grabbing my daughter's blanket. Unfortunately it was still dark and everyone was trying to leave and I couldn't clean the mess. Sorry, guys!!!

Customer service was great. Drink fountain could use some cleaning I between movies but wasn’t extremely bad just noticeable. Theater was clean and comfortable. Had a drink in the bar before movie again staff was great but frozen drink were not up and running.
