We are loyal embassy theatre fans. The operation is well run. Food and pop corn are always good. Staff are helpful. JUST WISH THE THEATERS could be a consistent temperature. Yesterday I took my granddaughter and we were both shivering even with the pashminas we brought.

Movie was awesome but you guys should invest in employees to sit in during the movie to ensure guests are not goofing off during the movie. We had teens behind up goofing off with the chairs and talking during the movie with loud outbursts.
Quick and easy
I always enjoy the experience there. The theatres, concessions, and restrooms have always been clean and well serviced when I've been there. This is the theatre of choice for our family.
Santikos donates to the community, that's a good thing. But, they could get just a bit higher score if they would turn down the volume a bit. I'm considering bringing ear plugs, so I won't be deaf when I leave.

Me and my family always enjoy going to Santikos theatres for our movie entertainment. I am grateful that Santikos offers military and first responder discounts on Mondays and Tuesdays. Thank you for entertaining San Antonio on these hot summer days.
I love the upgrades the theatre has been doing. The popcorn and drinks are a very nice upgrade! Some of the chairs need an upgrade though. They’re very loud and make a lot of noise”clunking” noises.

It’s always easy to get tickets online and the attendants at Westlakes Santikos are all very welcoming and available if you need help. I don’t go to any other Santikos theaters.
