We recently hosted an event for our real estate company and rented out one of the theaters there at Galaxy Santikos, and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful.
Working with Shannon, the event coordinator, along with the managers on-site the day of the event, was truly a pleasure. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for us.
From start to finish, their team made the process seamless, and our guests had an amazing time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so grateful for the level of care and professionalism they showed.

In a total mom-moment, I bought tickets for the movie of which I thought was the Saturday showing. We drove over an hour to get there, only to discover I purchased tickets for FRIDAY. I was so thankful the gentleman sitting at the service desk showed kindness and empathy to help resolve the issue and allowed us to watch the showing we had traveled for. The theatre is always clean, snacks are great, and the bathrooms are typically clean. It’s worth the drive time to have a great experience!
