We love everything about Santikos. We love getting some wine first, enjoying popcorn, the seats, etc...... We don't love that you don't provide a small type container (besides the tiny cones) for popcorn. I can't have salt so my husband and I split the popcorn. We have started bringing our own small container.
We truly go to the movie theatre each week...again, overall, we love Santikos.

I love my theatre (embassy). The staff is friendly and helpful. The theatre is always clean. When we order food, it’s hot and tastes good. The soda fountain is clean. The counters are always stocked and clean. I’ve only ever had 1 issue (not theatre fault) and manager was quick to assist me with kindness and patience.
The chairs were super comfortable.
I enjoyed the self serve popcorn, the Coca Cola freestyle machine and the seating

I want to commend your workers. We are deaf and it was nice to have an employee who could sign a little bit. I think her name was Emma. Also when I went to order food, the lady taking orders was nice enough to use her phone to type out the questions she had. (Type of drink, etc..). Excellent establishment. (clean)

Easy to schedule the movie event for the organization.
The venue was prepared as requested with table and chairs. Containers for the food, drinks for the event was ready for distribution as guests arrived.
Assigned coordinator/staff kept us notified of the status of the food arrival in the venue and when they could start serving.
Thanked us for our business.

Don't remember his name, but the employee who handled our party was excellent. He went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Checked on us several times to make sure everything was good.
The seats are great plus the picture & sound are great too.

They always seem to be very organized in getting our snacks and tickets. It’s also very clean and who can resist watching a great movie in a recliner on a big screen.

I loved this theater! I can tell they're making improvements as well and can't wait to see the updates. Great selection of snacks and VERY comfortable seats. Great sound and picture. Love the condiments area! Love the choices of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, frozen too. It's sooo reasonably priced here it's unbelievable given how expensive everything has gotten. My only suggestions: expand the chocolate in the candy selection (sno caps are a MUST at a theater in my opinion :) ) and pick a different cheese sauce brand. The pretzel and nachos are too tasty to ruin with Rico's cheese haha.

Overall great experience, but the interaction I had with a manager was invaluable. I casually struck up a conversation with Larry while waiting in the concession line. I told him I hadn’t been to a movie theater in a long time because my last experience wasn’t great. He assured me he’d do anything in his power to make sure my daughter and I had a great time and enjoyed our movie. I didn’t need him to do anything for me, but his kindness and professionalism made the experience for me. I will be back soon!
