Santikos theaters are always nice and clean and friendly. I like that I can buy my tickets at concession stand and order my drinks and popcorn at same time!! Or if I choose I can order tickets online before I come!

I love Santikos theaters. The staff is always excellent, I love the message about giving back to the community, and the self serve popcorn and drinks. The only thing I would recommend is to update the torn popular seats and the worn out trays. We usually sit in Row D3-8 in many screenings and have noticed the deterioration of the seats. Yesterday we sat in theatre 4 seats c345 and saw it as well. This happens bc of use and it will not deter us from going but it would be nice to reupholster to make it look fresh again.
Other than that you got 2 thumbs up from us.
