Staff is very nice and friendly. The theatre is always very clean. Food is always hot and delicious. Movies are wonderful and sound system is great.
I did not like that cash was not allowed for concessions. And also the covering on tje theater seats are worn down.

I love that it is 15 minutes from my home. The workers are helpful and friendly. I like to go to the first showing of the day, which usually not very crowded.
Everything was set up and ready to go when we arrived! All staff was exceptional and assisted us with any questions or help we needed. We will definitely be back for more events.
I prefer the chairs here because I can put my feet up without reclining back. And this location is usually clean and not so busy

Everything was great including purchasing tickets online, applying my rewards to snacks, cleanliness, etc. My only criticism, and it's a small one, is that I had to dig around in my Santikos mobile app for my rewards bar code/number. Thankfully I could just use my phone number, but it might help to make the reward number more front and center in the app.
