A female employee assisted me with my ticket purchase at the kiosk. She was quite friendly
And halpful and made eye contact and smiled!
Also the young man that assisted me at the concession stand was also friendly and helpful
And nice and smiled. I didn't get their names but f im not mistaken they both wore glasses.
I was dreading going to the Mayan because of a previous negative experience with a Mgr and employees! Thanks to the 2 employees That
I had the pleasure of dealing with yesterday.
They were AWESOME!

Comfortable movie experience. Kinda bright in the “O” theater. Also, I like that you guys offered a movie that wasn’t a kids movie or a big blockbuster film. Sometimes I have to drive to Baton Rouge to watch critically acclaimed films.

The IMAX presentation of The Odyssey was fantastic! The cinema and sound effects quality at the theater was perfect and the maintenance of the seats and audience area was wonderful.

ALWAYS CLEAN AND EVERYONE IS SO HELPFUL. VERY CONVEINENT TO MY HOME AT 8 MILES. HAVE BEEN GOING SINCE THE THEATER OPENED YEARS AGO.

It took us no time to walk in and get to our theater. The seats were comfortable.

The experience was terrible. I didn’t like having my purse searched and my elder friend’s water bottle being denied. $6 for a water is insane. The popcorn was also incredibly overpriced and was not fresh. My family WILL NOT be returning to your theater and I have publicly warned others of your bag searching policy. We will take our money to Warner Robins to watch movies from here on out.
