We enjoy this place, clean and neat. But this last visit the theater was way to hot inside watching the movie. And made it very uncomfortable. I’d rather pay more for a cold atmosphere than being hot. Hopefully they fix that are we will have to find somewhere else. And we travel from concord to come there for movies.

Very clean, comfy seats and awesome visuals/audio. Only downside is very limited parking.
Everything was wonderful! We purchased our tickets online to skip the ticket booth. All we had to do was show our tickets inside and we were off to purchase our concessions. There was a smorgasbord from which to choose but we settled on a few types of candies before entering one of the cleanest theaters I have ever been in. The experience was incredible, and I fully plan on coming back again soon!

Like being able to order tickets and not having to wait in line. It’s easy to just walk in and show them the receipt and then go to get your refreshments and then go sit down
I chose the wrong theater for the movie this time and they refunded my money so fast! I was so very thankful and I would rather have been in the reclining chairs at the beach theater, but we were in the red reclining....barely, on 23rd street. I like that theater too...but love the recliners in the other theater!! Thanks for not penalizing me for my mistake and fixing that for me! Now we can go see another before school starts back 😀!

The seating. It’s comfy and love that the recline. And the movie theater is a great atmosphere and sound and picture quality is superb.
It’s a nice environment and that staff is always friendly.
The delightful dining experience, paired with an engaging cinematic adventure, truly elevates the evening. The flavors of the exquisite cuisine tantalized my taste buds, while the immersive atmosphere of the movie transported me into a different world.

The theater was great and we thought we were going to have terrible seats in the 3rd row but it was actually still good
The only, and very important, aspect of the visit, that was unpleasant was the lack of customer service provided by the vast majority of the staff. Lacking was the general greetings by the guest service attendants at the ticket purchasing counter as well as the snack counter personnel.
The young folks lack any tack when it came to greeting customers and common verbal acuities and graciousness.
This is present all several Santikos theaters that we have visited, including Silverado, Casa Blanca, and Palladium.
This does not represent the Santikos organization's motto and shows some lack of training and supervisor oversight.
