Everyone is friendly.
Having lived in San Antonio for many years Santikos was our go to and favorite theater. It was a pleasant surprise that Santikos had purchased the small chain here in Lafayette. Hopefully there will be more improvements to the theaters here in the near future. Would like to see the same caliber of quality in Lafayette! Both in the experience and with the local community outreach. It’s been a long time coming! Thank you Santikos.

The kids had a blast and the staff was so friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend hosting a birthday party at the theater.

Staff was amazing. We greeted as soon as we walked in. The restroom were clean. Theater was also clean and maintained

Wonderful experience. Loved the movie and the electric recliners. An absolutely amazing experience. Both sound and picture quality coupled with good prices. I bought tickets online and didn’t have to stand in line. We go at least once a week.

Whenever you ask if they would make fresh popcorn, they will. There are some places that will not or are rude about it. Here, they are always polite and courteous and willing to accommodate your requests. It's wonderful when businesses prioritize customer service and go the extra mile. That willingness to make fresh popcorn, and the polite and courteous attitude that comes with it, really speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers. It's those little things that can make a big difference in someone's experience.

I had a great experience at Santikos! The auditorium was extremely clean and well-maintained, making the movie even more enjoyable. The food service was quick and efficient, and everything I ordered came out fresh and hot. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall positive atmosphere. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back!
The seats and the view while watching Sinners.
Honestly a great theater. The chairs were really nice, and even though we were up in the second row, I didn't have to strain my neck to watch the movie like in other theaters.

I really enjoyed this experience at the movie theater. I was a little timid about this theater due to the old recliner leather tearing, but when I got there, the recliners have been refurbished or replaced.
The service, the friendliness of the associates. were a 10 out of 10. I have to come back to the movies more often.
