Simple and fast. All you have to do is show your phone/tickets to the kiosk worker where you purchased them online then proceed. It gives you all the information: movie time, theater number, seat numbers, etc. I will use Santikos again.
We love the comfortable seating and the fact that you can reserve seats ahead of time if you choose to.

We had a storm blow through and it knocked out the projectors. They offered everyone a refund regardless how much movie time was left to be viewed. More than fair.
- Great place to watch the Met in HD Operas.
- More people will attend Met in HD presentations if you advertise them more
- Viewing movie schedules and BUYING tickets was WAY MORE practical under previous administration (before Santikos took over)

The theater was a relaxed experience, not over-crowded. The staff were VERY friendly and everything is very accessible. The facility itself is a little worn-out with some of the seats in particular needing some TLC but it was a clean, safe, and good quality experience overall. This is my preferred movie theater in Winston-Salem over all the other choices.

IMAX was great, reclining chairs were great, however I think $8 for a medium icee is way over priced.
