Great chairs audio clean environment prices could be better

We really enjoyed our party planner. He was very attentive and organized and stayed on top of our party every step of the way. We enjoyed all the activities. They were very accommodating for the amount of guests we had.

100% the staff at The Grand was the reason for a "10" rating. My students had an incredible time and the accommodations were wonderful! We will be back for sure!!!
What I liked about my Santikos experience was that the staff was friendly and helpful. The staff greet customers and are ready to help when approached.
Your theaters cleanliness is another factor that will have myself, my friends, and family returning to your theater.

Friendly, professional staff! My kid wanted a Freddy Fazbear cup and they were (seemingly) out of stock! The staff member took one extra minute to look and found one for us. My kid was so happy.
I love the app and the staff I encounter is always helpful. This is the best theatre in Greensboro since they closed down Sedgefield Cinemas.

I like the Santino deals. If I’m being honest I feel that the SANTIKOS franchise has been too streamlined. It looks like model homes instead of an experience. I still love to go to the movies quite often, but it feels disengaged. No one really interacts. Although you are getting better on social media and who ever decided to bring in the Freddy characters was smart!
