All of your staff is extremely helpful and friendly, except a person from your gaming center as you enter immediately on the left. Allow me to explain. Several months ago my wife and I attended a showing in fact it was our first at a Santikos theater since moving here from California. Someone I later learned he was from your gaming department walked up between where my wife and I were seated without any explanation nor introduction said that someone had complained about me. Then just walked away. The incident almost prevented us from ever returning if not for the other 99% of you staff we would have returned to Regal in Live Oaks even though we purchased a new home in Seguin. My background is 20 years plus as a United States, Air Force special forces, combat surgeon then also yes I did leave my service at 100% disability.

Grand 16 is so much better than the Grand 14. At the Grand 16, they great you with a smile, kindness and helpful. No matter if it is purchasing tickets, getting refreshments or walking to your theater you feel welcome. Grand 16 has been a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. When you walk in or purchasing refreshments, they actually make eye contact with you. They make you feel seen and appreciated for being there. You can easily find a manager if you should need. Great theater and employees.
Now Grand 14, the only reason I would go there is for the chairs. At the Grand 14 you are never acknowledged, they don’t make eye contact with you and not friendly. They don’t even make good movie recommendations. Not a pleasant feeling there. You don’t feel appreciated.
The theater was extremely clean, unlike the local AMC which makes me paranoid about bringing home bugs every time I go. The staff was very friendly. I had no idea about the $6 movie deal until I went, so I will definitely be back!
Employees very curious, all grounds and insides very clean. Wish at front mens bathroom that they would put dividers between urinals due to having children trying to use restroom and the door being right there where people can see in. Would be great if that could happen to give privacy to people using them.
