Best movie theatre I have ever been too! Heated seat, recliner, tray in front of you! It’s about 30 mins away. Will drive there again to see a movie!

The Theatre is spacious and clean, along with restrooms. The ticketing is now electronic and mobile which takes a little time to get accustomed to. Attendants at the food counter are friendly and courteous. Overall experience is good.

Everything was great except the $48 we spent on popcorn, coke, candy and water! Ended being a $100 movie for 2 grandparents and their 2 little grandchildren. That’s too much.

Cleanliness, customer relations are very nice
I always bring/recommend friends and family to this location. My last visit atmosphere was clean and stocked. The cashier was friendly and smiled. The movie experience was fun. My only complaint is with my food order. I go very often and order roughly the same thing every time large drink, large popcorn, slice of pepperoni pizza and my Epic Nachos (spicy beef) the last few times my Epic Nachos have been coming with the condiments inside the container. I have continued to ask to please have them not inside the container but every time they arrive inside the heated box that’s sour cream, pico, jalapeños. First off the plastic container gets hot and is next to my nachos second the sour cream is melted and watery third the pico is no longer fresh and cold third it takes away a quarter of my nachos. I’ve enjoyed these nachos for over a decade and never been prepared like this until a couple months ago and no one seems to listen when I ask to please not put inside the container. That is my only complaint other than that the food is usually fresh hot and delicious. If you need pics feel free to email me I can send you pics of what I am referring to.

I’m giving this movie theatre a 10/10! The overall experience is excellent, with a great atmosphere and a comfortable place to enjoy a movie. The only issue I noticed is that some of the seat headrests are starting to show wear and could use some attention. Other than that, it’s a fantastic theatre and I’d definitely recommend it.
We love coming to the Grand theater!! Movie was great and got a lot of snacks and popcorn- the butter station was really messy- butter and salt everywhere. This did not take away from our enjoyment but since you asked I thought I’d mention it. Saw 2 movies there in about 10 days and it was bad both times. Thank you
