I absolutely adore the fact that you can now get your own popcorn and drinks. The theaters are incredibly clean, and the bathrooms are spotless. Everything is immaculate.

They listen to a complain regarding the seats in 2 different auditoriums in 2 different occasion, I shared what was the problem, I was contacted and shared the details of what happened and Bradley Ducat, contact me to ask about and he took the measures to address the issues and they also offered complementary tickets, which we really appreciate.
We will be definitively coming back, more now that I know that they listen to their customers to make sure our experience is as pleasant as possible.

I love the recliner seats! We live near Regal but we travel to the Grand just because of the comfy recliner seats. Not really a fan of the new drink machines. The drinks don’t tastes the best.
