The theater size sound and seats.
Friendly staff; efficient in getting tickets and concessions; comfortable chairs. Temperature wasn't as frigid as it normally was (we go to the early show with typical less crowding) so it was nice to watch the movie without having to be wrapped up in a blanket.

Great as always. The table in front of my chair in Theatre 10, Seat F9, was broke though. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Honestly, everything! The customer service is top notch. The seats are comfortable and the food is great as well. We love the big openness of the whole place. It makes it feel not crowded even when it is. We appreciate Military Mondays and $5 Tuesdays. We won’t even think of going anywhere else!

Discount prices on Tuesdays along with concessions. Makes it very reasonable for family outing. Cashier always reminding you of loyalty rewards. Seating and walkways are spacious.

The theater itself was nice. Wish the seats reclined back a bit more but it was still nice. The concessions are nice but a bit pricy for us. Ended up just getting a water. Thought about the popcorn bucket but it was a bit too much.
I love that SANTIKOS gives back to the community. I will continue to support them for this reason.
