You guys used to be a 10 when I first started using you a couple years ago. Back then you had stellar customer service techs that were friendly and personable. They were VERY valuable to me. They would put plastic pieces under my furniture and always went way above and beyond. Just great customer service people. Now....they are bad but they aren't great either. They do a good job but now the only thing that separates you from everyone else is your process. That's too bad. You initially re-defined what to expect from carpet cleaners.....you are sliding closing to what we have always expected from that industry.

The tech was very thorough. He was apologetic about not being able to remove a old red food coloring stain on my white carpet. I was thrilled! It went from being bright red to such a faint pink that I could barely spot it. Carpet looks great again.

On original visit carpet was stripped throughout the house. You came back and redid it but I still have some strips. I would not recommend your services.

Like the fact that you don't soak the carpet, and that it doesn't take so long to dry. Your technicians are trained to listen to the homeowner and aim to please. They will go back over an area if asked.
I have had your company before and was very pleased, therefore I called again this year.

No chemicals. Service technician was excellent. Carpets looked and smelled great following service.

Service was scheduled from 3 to 6 p.m. A little before 6 p.m., a rep called to ask if we were ready to schedule our next service. WELL. The tech had not yet arrived; let alone finish cleaning the carpets.
The rep called and learned the tech was still at the previous job. We were told that the tech would call us when he was on the way. WELL. The tech did not call, but rang our door bell AFTER 6 p.m.
At that hour, the lighting in the home was less than desirable.
Not likely to use you again AND will tell others about the unacceptable experience.

It did not clean my carpets brought everything stain to surface. I had to have the redone by professional carpet cleaner.
