My bathroom grout looks the same and it wasn't even that dirty. The carpet in the bedroom had three nickel size spots, they are still there. I was very disappointed. There was a sticky residue even after the carpet was dry. I would like a refund.

Andre said it would take 4-6 hours to dry. He left at about 4:30. At 11:30 PM it was still soaking wet. We set up a dehumidifier and fan and ran it all night. Today it was still wet. About 5:00 PM it started to feel dry in most areas. It feels stiff like wet clothes that have been left to dry.

Our tech was very nice and did a good job. The only thing I noticed was a lot of little pieces of lint or dog hair bundles were left behind. This could be because I didn't have a chance to properly vacuum under the furniture. But there is no denying the carpet is cleaner and looks better.

Had 2 stairways done and one bedroom, carpets never been cleaned and 10 years old, I was very impressed with how the stairs turned out, I figured they are 10 years old and high traffic area how much can it help, but they really look a lot better!
