My technician was great!
But I have noticed now that the carpet has dried, there is an area that has a significant stain where the carpet meets the tile that wasn’t there before.
Also, there was a stain in the bedroom that looked like it was successfully removed but once the carpet dried, it is more noticeable than before the cleaning.

I have been a customer for six years, the last cleaning of the carpet left yellow stains in random places. We do not have pets. Tevin came out to clean the spots and charged me for the spot cleaning! The spots are still there! I initially paid $400.00 plus a $80.00 cash tip to Tevin, then another $45.00 for spot cleaning, which was not successful. Andy, the manager, received the photos of the spots and never responded to my emails or phone calls. I’m done with Zerorez!! You should be too!!! R. Last name removed

The process of scheduling, rescheduling, and service was easy and without problems. Our technician Michael was professional, courteous, and thorough. He did a great job cleaning the carpet and offered add-ons without being pushy. The price was right too! Great jobs Zerorez!

We were impressed with the removal of stains after the treatment, however, we noticed a very unpleasant odor during the drying process. We decided to wait until fully dry to evaluate the smell and, unfortunately, the smell still lingers. We paid extra for the spot treatments and was holding out hope the smell would disappear.
This smell was not present prior to the treatment and has reacted well to prior cleanings throughout the years.
My carpet did not get cleaned very well at all, when I came home and saw that the only clean areas appeared to be where furniture and doorway rugs had been removed, the high traffic area still dirty. Looks like something may have been sprayed on a stained area and it looks clean(whitish in color). Rest of carpet still looks dirty.Not happy

them . We all three used the previous cleaning service for years and I feel Thomas did the
type of cleaning that we were accustomed to having done. Our previous cleaning man
unfortunately passed away last November and he was thorough and left our carpets in
good condition without being “wet”. Dried in a few hours, My son took one home for his
wife.
Zerorez was recommended by my cleaning lady who said she had other people who used
this service and were pleased. I agree and will thank her when she returns next week.

Given that we were in the afternoon, our furniture was very wet after the session. We had to use blow dryers for 4 hours to be able to use the couches.
They also kept blowing our breakers/power. We had no wifi throughout the entire time they were there.

My technician "gabbed" to someone on his phone the entire time he was doing my carpet cleaning, which made it difficult to communicate with him about anything. I would think it would also make it hard to concentrate on the actual work at hand, since "gabbing" with someone constantly takes a certain amount of focus away from what you are doing. The cleaning level was not especially good, but Zerorez is the only very hypo-allergenic service I can find.
The cleaning is the best of any I’ve had done.

Service was horrible unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars spot clean and they don’t tell you that when you make the appointment. The guy who came out didnt bother to clean my carpet since I wouldn’t pay extra. My floors were still very dirty after he left. I rented a carpet cleaner and was able to get the stains up he said he couldn’t.
