I’m usually very pleased with ZeroRez ..we had our steps cleaned last week and the tech had a problem with his truck ..we had a stain on one step and it was not removed or improved ( much) the steps dried with almost a residue of sorts ..the fiber dried kind of stiff ..which has never been the norm.

Zero Rez always does a great job. All of the techs that have come to service my house have all been clean and courteous. I’ve noticed that they are trained to be meticulous with their work. Definitely will continue to call them back.

Our technician was prompt, extremely efficient, and answered my questions. Our carpet looked like New when he was finished. Great job!

The first guy did a terrible job. I had to call and have someone come back. The second guy was able to do a better job. He said he had better equipment than the first guy. However, I am not 100% satisfied and will not use your company again. I will go back to the last company I used, who did a better job.

The products do a nice job but the service was excellent, Noah walked me through the process of what he was doing and why. I am 78 and he move furniture and I was very appreciative. Will use you service in the future.

Marquis was amazing, he worked very hard and in a timely manner to complete the job. The carpets I thought were ruined look BRAND NEW!!! Definitely going to be calling him back out in the future for regular cleanings.

Bait and switch on the sectional cleaning. I booked by phone and gave my sectional measurements at that time, they booked me for 5 seats which is what I have. The technician pulls out a tape measure when he arrives and says my sectional is 2” too long and I’ll have to pay for 7 seats costing me an extra $250 and losing the original coupon booked with. This is odd because I paid for 5 seats the last time this sectional was cleaned with zerorez

The feel of the carpet is soft and natural after cleaning versus hard and rough as with other cleaners. Also the professionalism of the workers and their respect for my property is very refreshing.

Brandon was fantastic. Professional, thorough and explained exactly how our carpets would be cleaned. Would recommend!
