Not only cleans, but sanitizes. Technicians are always professional, efficient and answer any questions I have.

Connor, the Zerorez technician, called 20 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way to my home, and arrived promptly at the scheduled time for the cleaning. Connor was accompanied by a trainee named Zack. Both men put clean shoe covers on before entering my home. We inspected all the rooms to be cleaned. I had 5 area rugs which they asked me to set out on my driveway before the technicians arrived. Connor inspected those 5 rugs and determined 2 of them would be cleaned more safely at their facility due to the rugs construction.
After inspecting all the cleaning areas, and using the exact measurements, Connor actually lowered the cost of the estimate I was given over the phone.
Before starting the cleaning and bringing in hoses and equipment, they put down floor covering and set up plastic corner protectors. They worked efficiently and the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. My carpet looks and feels amazing. Everything was completely dry the next morning. Connor and Zack were very professional and courteous.
I recommend the work of Zerorez 100%, and will definitely use them again in the future!

Carpet looks better and even feels better
Noah did a fabulous job! We spent extra for deodorizing but it didn’t work. The smell is stronger than before. Don’t feel it was worth the extra when dog smell is still very prevalent.
The technician phoned to let me know he was on his way. He explained everything thoroughly and did an outstanding job. Tevin is a fine employee who represents Zerorez well
Looks great, two fellows, both friendly and competent. I’ll hire them again. Price is right.
Cole provided an excellent service from start to finish. He even offered one of his fans to help keep my senior aged Mom cool, because the summer heat was coming through the front door. My carpets has never been cleaned in 16 years and he made them look and feel new. I will use ZEROREZ in the future.

Carpet looks great and my stain came out, but the quoted arrival time was 10a-1p and he arrived at 1:40p.

The person who cleaned my carpets was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He did a thorough job. He explained the process for drying the floors and what could be done if the cleaning didn’t completely eliminate the odor (pet urine from a previous tenant). After a week, the for is unnoticeable and the cleaning greatly reduced the residue left on the carpet by a previous cleaning.
The tech, Samuel, was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job! I had pet urine stains and smells that he treated and it smelled great when he left! He also cleaned 2 large couches that were very stained and I was delighted to see how well they turned out. I highly recommend this company.

They did exactly what they said there were going to do, the carpets looked great when finished. However, their e-mail notifications were a little off on the day and time. Fortunately, I had a human that I could reverify things with.
