No harsh chemicals. Quick drying. Always prompt and professional.
We have used Zerorez two times and each time they have had to come back because carpet showed spots when dried.
- Move furniture and clean underneath when feasible (i.e sofa, love, seat, lazyboy).
- Provide plastic/styrofoam blocks to elevate furniture while carpeting dries.
- Better communication regarding when area rugs taken for cleaning will be returned and how I will be contacted to schedule this return

The two gentlemen that came to my home or professional and did a fantastic job! I actually changed my plan from doing a bathroom floor to having them clean the sofa. They the cost difference, but we’re willing to adjust to my request. The results were great!

Environmentally friendly, pet and kid friendly
Your prices are astronomical. In addition, I don't think your website is very clear when ordering services. First, I thought my dryer vent was included with my air duct service but was told it was an additional $99.00. So I skipped it because that's ridiculous and thought I may have misunderstood the website. Then I had my carpets scheduled to be cleaned along with 3 couches and 1 large ottoman (4 pieces). When the tech showed up he explained that was 4 cushions for $240!!! We would have had to of added $45 for the ottoman and an additional cushion just to have 1 sectional cleaned so I had to clean my own furniture. It took me 3 hours with a tiny handheld cleaner. So it would have likely taken him 2 hours and you would have charged me nearly $1,000.00 to clean my furniture. Such a rip off. Honestly $50 a room is ridiculous. It was such an easy job to pay someone over $200 and feel obligated to tip. I like the idea of zero residue but that's insane.
The carpet, chair, and area rugs look great. Marquis (?) did a very professional job. The carpet did take quite a bit longer to dry that was stated, but that is minor.
