My husband and step son suffer from food and environmental allergies, the fact that the carpet was clean without using harsh chemicals was a huge selling point for me.
I have had my carpets cleaned by two other vendors and they had rusty spots afterwards and spots came back right away. I was so shocked how well my carpets came clean. I have bragged to everyone I know how Zerorez did such an outstanding job. The guy that came out was very nice and did an awesome job.
The fact that when everything dried, the carpet actually felt softer than before even when it was new !! Looked like new , And no residue crunch when you walked on it ...
I liked that he got into the small places, and when he was finished, there wasn't little balls of fuzz around the edges, and I didn't need to sweep to "soften" the carpet. He was very pleasant and polite! Would gladly have him come again!

This is the second time I used Zerorez and the technician was super polite, did thorough work, most of my carpets look great. Unfortunately, I had a dog pee accident in a small area of my carpet and after the encapsulating treatment and cleaning the area is sticky and does not seem to be improved. I went over the area using my little green machine and plain water and the water I removed was dirty. The carpet is only 4 months old! I understand pet problems are not warranted, but I'm disappointed that it doesn't seem like the machine removed the dirty spot and treatment.
First of all, agreed to be here at 11, showed up at 3. I had to call multiple times to see what was going on. Secondly, for the price I was just expecting more. It smells musty, like old carpet.

My carpets didn't get as clean as I had expected. Some area were very clean but my previous company did much better and got them spotless. I even asked the guy if he could get the traffic area cleaner, he said no. I wanted to try you because my carpets didn't stay clean very long and thought I would try you since you have no residue. I gave them time to dry overnight, expecting they would look better after they dried. They didn't. Just disappointed with the result in the high traffic area.
When I make an appointment I want it for that day and time. Someone called many times before the appointment wanting me to change to Wednesday. Then Thursday morning they tried to move my appointment to later in the day because they messed up.

Eric did a great job cleaning my carpet. He asked about any areas that needed special attention and cleaned an area entering the dining room from the kitchen which is difficult to keep clean.
I have always cleaned our carpets myself with lemon scented amoneia and a rug doctor which doesn't leave a soapy residue that I found just makes carpet get dirty quicker. I expect this cleaning system will do the same - no shampoo left in carpet.
I do find the chemical smell used in cleaning lingers so I hope by tomorrow morning it will be gone. Thank you for your great service.
