The scheduling process is very cumbersome. Even when I called to talk to a person I was greeted with an automated service asking me to wait on the line.

The technician that worked on our carpets yesterday was probably the best at getting our carpets clean. We have had the same carpets cleaned several times before by Zerorez but this time he was extremely thorough. I believe his name is Will and the next time we make an appointment, we would like him to come back and take care of our carpets.
I like how the carpet is not wet when they finish.

The cost was reasonable. The technician was detailed, thorough and efficient. The results were great!
Your advertised prices vs your actual final pricing is false advertising. For example, you advertise cleaning carpets in two rooms for about $100. I got two rooms cleaned and it cost about $200. Charging $1.50 per sq ft for a rug vs wall to wall carpet is a joke. Some work/process on both - nothing justifies the up charge
The young man that cleaned the carpets was very informative and did a very good job! My carpet is about 20 yrs old and cleaned up real good.
