I was supposed to receive a call letting me know my appointment window but never got one. I had to call twice to find out my time slot was between 3pm and 6pm. I ended up getting a call around 5:15pm letting me know you guys were running behind but would be coming. The tech arrived just before 6pm which was fine but was noticeably aggravated about his day and used some language i didn't care for. I'm just glad my kids didn't hear him. He apologized for being behind and for the language. The cleaning itself went great, he was fast and did a very good job. Overall I was somewhat letdown because I've only heard great things about your company and staff.
No residue on the carpets.
The cleaning tech arrived in a timely manner, was polite, dressed properly & asked what questions I had.

I had to ask if the rep would go under the dining room table, which he then did. Find a way so the outside door does not have to be 80% open for the hoses. It was quite cool and furnace did double duty,

A much healthier option for the family
You need to do what you told me what would be done. A $50 check was to be mailed to me on November 14. To date it has not been received. The technician said the office would call. That has not been done either.
Carpet was clean and looked very good. No strong chemical odor. Service tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Got right to work, even showed up early after calling. My carpet is 10 years old and hasn't looked this good in years.
Jamal was concise with his explanation, and precise with his work. I want him to specifically work on my families houses. He was awesome.
I am MORE than pleased with Zerorez! Zac was very nice and professional. He went over the carpet with more than one pass especially in the heavy traffic areas. The other company I used went over once to clean and once to rinse. He told me he pulled a lot of soap residue and I can believe it. My 14 yr old carpet has never looked better. I had children crawling on my floors during Thanksgiving and felt very comfortable knowing how clean my carpets were. I will DEFINITELY hire them again and ask for Zac.
I think your product, and your technician were by far better than I could ever have hoped for, the carpets look like brand new when you folks were finished. We had just bought this home and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before we moved in.
I am so glad we had you zero res come out and clean it. I was amazed how much hair and dirt they got out carpet, that "looked "clean !!
Our technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable, he went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with everything he done!
Zero Res has made our family , New life long customers !!! We will be having them out twice a year for now on ! If you want your carpet clean and know it's clean....... you better call Zero Res !!

The guys who came was very nice and did a good job. I was disappointed though that he never brought up the special to get the spot cleaner when donating canned food. I meant to do that, and it was never mentioned. He also didn't mention anything at all about protection treatment.

Our carpet has not looked as clean in the last 19 years. The technician, Matt Fielder, was very professional in his explanations and workmanship. He was very willing to help move a few pieces of furniture, so cleaning could be done. Also, he was very careful not to damage any corners of the walls.

There were some stains that weren't taken out, and it seems like Stanley Steamer always can get our stains out.
