I heard about ZeroRez many times while listening to the Chicks on the Right radio show and decided to give it try. The process to schedule was easy and convenient - I loved the online scheduling and service selection. Not only did I receive an email confirmation but a phone confirmation too. Our technician, Andy called to say he was on his way so I knew exactly when he would arrive, Andy was very pleasant, explained the services well and worked really hard at cleaning the couch, the living room floor in addition to steam cleaning the slate kitchen floor. Everything turned out great. I would highly recommend your company and Andy to anyone.

I feel like for the price I thought it would look brand new and it’s only a year old. The technician was fine just disappointed in the product for the cost.

Recon was able to remove a lot of stains. The carpet looked wonderful when he was done.

The technician who came recommended an animal odor treatment spray and power brushing of carpet, cat urine cleaning and odor, which I agreed to.
after treatment things looked good, seemed fine.
Next day after drying smell is worse than ever and continues to be worse.
I have put up plug in air fresheners over the house but to little help.

I liked the follow-up from the online scheduling service. The technician arrived well within the specified time and was done promptly. There did not appear to be any residue left and the rugs dried very fast. The steps to my basement were filthy and now they are very clean. This will sound silly but my basement rugs seem very bright and fresh.

Great job. I was testing the product on my basement rugs. I plan to use ZeroRez again to clean my upstairs rooms and stairs to the second floor.
