Zerorez was fast, friendly, and most importantly, did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets!

Technician was very nice and serious about his work. The carpet looks like new and we are very happy with the results.

Everything went very well, the gentleman was on time, did a great job in a timely manner and the carpets look great. The only thing that was a little disappointing was how long it took the carpets to dry - at least 24 hours, when he said about 4-6 hours. However, the humidity was quite high on the day he cleaned, so that may very well have been the delay in drying more promptly.

They were able to come clean the very next day. My carpets have never looked as clean as they do! The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Spots all came back. Felt like technician spent more time telling me he couldn't get them out than actually doing the work.
Also requested a bottle of cleaning solution when I confirmed appt and he brought none.

I had a great experience with the serviceman, Matt F., who truly went above & beyond to keep me as a satisfied customer. He did an excellent job of spot/stain removal in my traffic areas as well as greatly improved the stains on my stairs that were caused by the previous servicemen from Zerorez who had cleaned my carpets before. I will continue with zerorez to clean my carpets as long as I can schedule What Matt F. He also does discussed cleaning my kitchen tile at a future date. He explained all processes very well which allowed me to trust him and his products.

We have used your services twice and both times have been good. The carpets look great and there isn't a lingering chemical smell, like with other companies. Your techs are always on time and very friendly and courteous.

The service technician was professional and very helpful! The carpets look amazing, and he was able to remove a stain that I thought was permanent.

My husband came home that evening and didn't even think we had had the carpet cleaned. Stain marks are reappearing and some never went away. I paid $75 extra for an area to get extra attention and was not pleased with the results.
Your employee was very nice and was careful not to hurt or damage anything, so I was not displeased with him. It's the job, for the price and the results that were not pleasing.
To make things right, would be for you to come back and do my two rooms over again....at no cost.

The cleaning solution smelled so clean, loved it. Such a thorough job of cleaning. Andre was absolutely helpful and professional. No mess to clean up afterward. Respected and protected our furniture during cleaning. He explained everything and requested I observe the beginning of the cleaning results within the first 15 minutes. He walked with me throughout the rooms to make sure all was very satisfactory before removing his equipment. The technician was great. My carpets looked much better. One area seemed to be a bit more dingier than the others, but I will manage.

1st.....results. You guys always do a great job of cleaning.
2nd...No residual mess. The carpets dry much quicker than standard carpet cleaners.
3rd..No smell of chemicals.
4th...The techs that are sent out are always personable and diligent....leaving customer with a sense that they got the very best that the company has to offer.

Your process is very good.

We selected you specifically for treating the pet odor in our new home. When we were looking at the house, we had identified two rooms that had a very strong urine smell. I discussed this with the technician when he arrived. I am not sure if it was the size of the job, or what, but he just didn't seem interested in treating the urine smell. He recommended the tropical treating for one room, and regular cleaning for the other. Indicating that he did not smell anything.

Now all of my furniture is in the house and I still have a very strong urine smell in the two rooms noted. We paid almost $700, and the service did not even resolve our original concern.
