Environmental friendly
Service technician was friendly and very informative. Arrived on time.
Carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction.
I believe his name was Mike who came to our home this past week. He was pleasant and respectful as he worked diligently. He was able to get all the stains out of our family room carpet while thoroughly cleaning the entire areas of both rooms. I would highly recommend your company

The man that cleaned the carpet (mike) was very friendly and knowledgeable! Everyone with the company was very pleasant to work with. The stains in my carpet are gone, and I like that they don't use soap to cause the stains to reappear. Pretty cool technology!
The carpeting looked very good when the technician was finished. He was very knowledgeable, explained all the options to me, and helped me select the best option for what I wanted to get done.
Andy & Tevin were extremely polite and professional. They thoroughly explained every process each step of the way and made recommendations. Andy talked with me about the type of carpet I have and what I might expect to see. Not only did they explain the difference between Zerorez and its competitors formula/process, but they were able to demonstrate it for me. My very old carpet looked amazing once they were finished. Would highly recommend Zerorez and Andy & Tevin. I will definitely have them out again.
Unfortunately, I did have some areas of residue that I had to take a wet-and-then-dry towel to on my white-tiled kitchen that were not noticeable until I walked around the room and saw the tile from a variety of angles and sunlight. The largest area was nice and white, but my small laundry room needed some scrub-brush-with-cleaner by me to whiten up a little of the grout in there. So, while most of the area was quite lovely, I did have to do some touch-up work at the end myself -- never the goal when one spends $300+.
The technician was extremely nice and worked hard to finish my job in a respectable amount of time, especially considering that I had dogs that needed to move around.
I appreciate that the cleaning products used are chemical free and safe for pets and children.
Mike did a thorough job at our house. He explained everything clearly and was amicable.
I had a complaint, Spoke with manager after about 12 minute I guess you might call it a debate which surprised me I have used the service twice before I had no time or reason to lie I feel I was treated very shabby . However someone came back to correct the problem. for a small fee which surprised me. Name removed.
It was a good cleaning, the guy was very nice, It looks fine. Seemed like it took a long time to dry but could have been the weather.

Everyone with whom I spoke were very knowledgeable, well spoken, professional and friendly. The crew that provided the service were every bit as good.. They were on time, neat and professional in appearance. They explained the process very clearly and performed as expected. The carpets, quite old and in poor shape due to lack of care for years, looked much better than I had even hoped they would. Thank you all for a great job, well done.

Simply put, my carpets and sofa look great. Jamal listened to my concerns regarding stains before he started and my carpets came out looking better than expected. The fact that Zerorez cleans without harsh chemicals is reassuring.

What did I like about the service? THE RESULTS! The rugs turned out great. The tech called ahead and showed up within the time window I was give. The cleaning of the dark spots along the wall caused by years of airflow down the walls into the rugs was excellent compared to other services I have tried. The tech used his smaller wand and was able to get very close and pulled out that gummy build up. He was also able to remove all the double tap glue that was stuck on the rug in a bedroom.
I like that it is chemical free. My family has health issues, and it is a priority for me to reduce the amount of daily chemical exposure. This is the only option for carpet cleaners.
