We had a large area wool rug and it's matching smaller entry way wool rug taken in by your service man to be cleaned at your site with your special wool cleaning machines. We could not be happier with the results and highly recommend your service. We also want you to know how very impressed we were with the young man who picked up and returned our rugs. He was extremely friendly and quite professional. He answered all our questions and even unrolled and placed the rugs in their place. Keep him! He is a great representative for you. I was not as impressed by how the carpet turned out in comparison to reviews and advertisements. I feel you should be up front that high traffic areas do not get as clean.

You guys are SO friendly and polite, and you do a great job! I fostered 5 kittens in one room and it smelled so badly like cats, and after Erik left it was like the kittens were never there! I love Zerorez!
Everything... How the carpet looks feels smells everything
Carpets are mostly dry, have no strange smells or fragrance, and technicians are thorough.
Andre was very professional and made sure we understood the process before he began cleaning our carpets. He made sure we were satisfied with his service before he accepted payment and left our home. Zerorez exceeded our expectations and we will use this company again.
When I requested a second visit for a few spots that were missed, you promptly came out and offered to try again, and it worked, the spots came up. You were very willing to put forth additional effort, without excuses, and we really appreciated that. And the cleaning rep was very friendly and worked very diligently to make those stains come up. It also smelled amazing.
