The person that came out to our house was incredibly nice and showed me with a black light spots on my carpet from our dog. He was great to work with and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. They were nearly dry an hour later which was wonderful! Made the house smell great and got rid the dingy smell.
Will be calling you guys again probably come spring:)
I had your company come out a second time within 30 days to re-clean my entire house and while the technician was here he did an acceptable job. When he was ready to leave the carpets were wet as they should have been and looked okay but after they dried the carpets remained streaked---which was the problem that was created by the first cleaning. I am very disappointed and will not recommend this company or use them in my home again.

The tech was extremely polite and professional. He took the time to assess my needs and to go over my carpet and couches before cleaning to ensure he knew any and all problem areas. Upon finishing each item, he would ask me to assess it and ensure there were no areas in need of touch up. He did a very thorough job. I WILL be using Zerorez again. The service and the quality of the work were amazing. Zerorez exceeded my expectations.
We like that the company doesn't use harsh chemicals that damages the environment.
You did a great job. I am not upset about the quality of work, it was just very expensive. A lot more expensive than the company I usually use but I would recommend you again. Wish I could have gotten the upstairs done too!
I love how clean each room looks and smells when they are done. It dries quickly and the technicians are always so polite!
The service was top notch!!! Explained all treatments and why they were needed. Carpets looked brand new after they were done. SO MUCH BETTER than the "other" carpet cleaning companies. I would and have recommended to other people. Keep up the good work.
I paid extra for pet treatment and it did absolutely nothing. The carpets to me really do not look any different than before your gentleman cleaned them. He did do a good job on the dinning room chairs.

My carpets are clean and soft. Their system does not use a lot of harsh chemicals. The cleaners are very professional.
I liked the nice guy that came out. He was very professional and never judged me because my dogs had peed and pooped on the rug. He gave good suggestions and worked hard. He was always very polite and asked permission before entering into different areas.
Way too many phone calls. The tech was great, but the phone calls almost daily were too much. I had a scheduled time and was asked three times to change my appointment. I work and scheduled the service around my work hours, so I couldn't move it. The tech did a great job and was very nice.
It took over 5 hours for my carpet to dry -I had to run ceiling fans and a heavy duty box fan until 8:30 the night of the cleaning. The carpet was not fully dry enough until the following afternoon to move my furniture back into place.
Honestly, it has looked cleaner in the past when I have had zerorez come in to clean my carpets.
Your company normally does a wonderful job. this time not so much-it is disappointing to pay $160 and the carpet looks about the same as if I had used my own personal rug doctor.
I do want to say that Mike (the technician) was prompt and very nice.
