Was a little disappointed I had to request couch and chair to be pulled out to clean under them. He did not move anything in the other 3 rooms....even dining room chairs. Other than that, very happy with results.

Scheduling very efficient and easy online. Reminder phone calls helpful and not annoying. Technician Andy SUPER nice, knowledgeable and did a nice job on my very old dirty carpet. I was not expecting miracles and was pleasantly surprised by end results. It did however take MUCH longer to dry than told. Service on Wednesday and still waiting on some areas to dry on Friday. Could be because he had to work hard on some areas! Overall very pleased!

Andre Drane was very knowledgeable, efficient, and hard-working. He explained what he was doing thoroughly and answered all questions posed to him. He tested a small section of the tile floor to ensure it would be properly cleaned. Several cleaning services in the past have cleaned the floor, but none as thoroughly as Andre. It saved me hours of scrubbing on my hands and knees. I was especially impressed with the care he took to avoid damage to our belongings. He represents Zerorez very well.

Cleaning charge for area rugs is ridiculous. I spent more money cleaning area rugs than I would have spent to clean 3 full rooms. I would never recommend zerorez for area rugs

I received a call ahead and the specialist arrived within the time frame. He explained the way their cleaning system worked. He was professional throughout the visit.

Technician arrived on time. Covered his shoes. Checked thru the house to plan his attack. Paid attention to areas of our concern. As promised, carpets were dry enough in the evening to move some important furniture pieces in place.
I have already heard two of my neighbors say they would call Zerorez when they are ready for carpet cleaning.
