The technician was top notch! Very informative professional, cared about what he was doing.
I was impressed by the fact you dont use harsh chemicals/detergents, how fast the carpets dried, and the tile/grout cleaning the technician performed on the bathroom floor.

The whole process is easy and efficient.
The procedure worked well on the areas that were not very soiled. The traffic area in the living room is still dirty, and it's obvious, as though it had never been cleaned. I will have to have it cleaned again.

I have used Zerorez a few times and the technician this time was one of the very best. I had a couple of spots that he really worked hard to remove. One of them did not come all of the way out but it wea cerainly not his fault. He thoroughly explained every step that he did GREAT JOB

The tech forgot to leave the bottle of spot treatment we paid for. He promised to stop by the next day and did not. Otherwise, we were happy with the service.

We have used Zerorez previously so am likely to recommend based on history, but think you need to be aware of a few points with this visit.
I was scheduled from noon-4 pm. The technician arrived after 3:30, apologizing that for the lateness, that another technician was originally scheduled but had gotten held up on another job. I had no problem with the lateness, but feel the technician hurried through my cleaning, leaving my carpets clean but very damp.
He also did not clean under any of the three pieces of furniture in a room otherwise emptied of everything else, furniture that I was easily able to slide to the side by myself so that he could do so.
I am very happy with the cleaning, but not so happy that it took a day and a half to dry. (And yes, I did have fans going!)

The service guys are very polite. They explain what they are doing. They are thorough and professional. No complaints. The carpets come out beautiful and dry very quickly.
Keep your scheduled appointments on time without rescheduling twice on same call. This is 2nd time we used you and it happened both times.
The Tech that cleaned this time was very rough hitting the baseboards quite often, marking them with equipment. Maybe he is new but he also needs to be more careful and maybe stay off phone calls while he is running the equipment.
The tech did not do as good a job as the 1st Tech did in as much as there was still little spots that did not clean up which I was able to clean after he left.
If we use zerorez again, we will not want this Tech.
