I’ve been happy with your cleaning before, but this time which was a week and a half ago, my carpet looks spotty and yellowish where he must of put some spot remover on. It looked ok when wet, but when it dried it didn’t look clean.
Communication. Truck broke down on Saturday so my appointment had to he canceled. I had to call back to find out when they would be out on Monday. They should have called me

My technician was very very late. No one called to warn me. I had to call because I thought I had been missed. My appt was 8-12 and he did not come until after 2. This was after I had been rescheduled from my original appointment from the weekend before.
The deep cleaning services were great. Tevin was amazing in explaining all the products.

This was my first time using the service. The carpets looked great after being cleaned and the technican (Taylor) was very professional and very respectful. I was given some information on other services that are offered and would use them again.
I called the office the day after service stating that the carpet seemed very wet and it took over 24 hours for it to dry, with a few spots still damp. Also, there were several areas where the loops had been puiled or cut by the machine when the technician ran the machine across the nap of the carpet. I was told a manager would call me back and no one ever has. Although the carpet looks very clean, I'm very disappointed with your sevice.
I love the professional style and service Zerorez provides. Plus, there is never any pushy sales tactics to buy more! The service man explained everything and took his time to do a fantastic job on our dirty carpet! Thank you!

No soap dries fast
This is the company I will use from now on! They were careful in making sure the equipment they used would not damage our walls. They did a great job in making our even "tired" carpeting perk up. They were prompt and explained about their products. No standing around for this two-man crew! They were in and out in a timely manner! We appreciate a job well done!

Justin was clean, professional, and took the time to explain the cleaning process. I thought my carpets had been ruined by previous carpet cleaning methods. Zero Rez resurrected the carpets. I will have Justin back to help with my carpets, again.

I had a spot appear on the carpet after you cleaned it you came out it was still there I’ve called multiple times you’ve brushed me off every time you’ve not come back to take care of it you’ve not called when you said you would. I’ve had to have somebody else come out. I would never recommend you. Name removed

I have off white berber carpet which is 17 years old end result is amazingly clean. Many pet stains are gone. I recommend “Zero” to get the job done.
