I admit I was hesitant as I was not familiar with zerorez. But decided to take advantage of the special, three rooms and a hallway for $119. After the carpet dried for eight hours, I was blown away. I have three dogs and two cats living inside the house, and the carpet was naturally dirty and smelly. The carpet looks brand new again! So clean and fresh looking, again I am thoroughly impressed and happy.
My carpets look great when they were done and dried very quickly.
I love that my carpet is soft, not crunchy like what soaps leave behind.

There were a few areas that still had some minor pet stains. I went ahead and used some carpet cleaner solution and got those stains out by hand. Perhaps this is normal to have remaining stains that you have to treat by hand. Carpet does look much better now.
The service technician was very courteous and called 15 minutes before he arrived. Went above and beyond while cleaning the carpeting.
The carpets weren’t that much more clean than when we’ve had other companies clean them. It cost much more for zero res to clean and you were highly rated so I had higher expectations.
Tevin was very knowledgeable about the cleaning process Zerorez uses. If he had any questions, he asked me before he started cleaning. I saw some of the debris the vacuum sucked out of my carpet and was grossed out. And I vacuum a couple times a week!

Technicians take care of customer’s house like it was their own. Close doors to outside as much as they can, turn off lights they turn on, clean up water that gets on hard wood floors.
